Hartford HealthCare is proud to now call 100 Pearl Street home – a new dynamic symbol of our commitment to transforming healthcare on Hartford’s Pearl Street, pulsing with collaboration, innovation and inspiration.

100 Pearl Street

This is more than a workplace — it’s a reflection of our purpose, people and pride. We are consolidating our footprint and better connecting with the Hartford community. Every detail is designed to provide innovation and inspiration to everyone in our system – fostering better collaboration that helps all of us advance and transform healthcare.

From top to bottom, our new space was designed to bring people together in new and better ways. Its key location in the heart of Connecticut’s capital city enhances this modern workplace that focuses on minimizing our footprint and maximizing our impact.

100 Pearl Street is truly an investment in our colleagues, culture and our capital city. We are inspiring collaboration and connection with our new “Heartbeat.”

Collaboration-Friendly Design

Spaces have been designed to encourage collaboration and innovation. Like Launch, a brainstorming room where ideas take flight.

A Strong Connection to our Capital

Hartford is where our statewide system started, and it’s still at the heart of our commitment to the health of Connecticut. While other companies divest themselves of downtown office space, we’re doing the opposite — and proudly positioning ourselves on Pearl Street.

Inspiring Spaces

From a stunning, pulsating heart sculpture in the lobby, to imaginative murals designed and created by Hartford-area artists, there’s no mistaking the message of Heartbeat — this is a place with a passion for inspiration.

A Partner in the Community

We are bringing Hartford’s civic and cultural institutions inside our facility — showcasing the many opportunities to enhance the quality of life for colleagues and guests.

Economic Impact

Consolidating our non-clinical footprint allows us to invest more in the community, bringing more vitality and connection with downtown Hartford’s cultural and civic organizations and local businesses.

Pearl Street Photo Gallery

The arts will have a home in Hartford HealthCare’s new Pearl Street offices.

Three Connecticut-based muralists are bringing their creativity and passion into our space — to inspire and delight colleagues and guests. The first muralist, Corey Pane from Hartford, began his ambitious work, October, 2022, depicting larger-than-life healthcare heroes. He says his goal is to “inspire hope and positivity.” Two other talented artists will begin their work soon.

About the artists

Corey Pane

Corey says drawing was his first love. He graduated with a BFA in Illustration from Hartford Art School and has shown his work in galleries and public, community spaces. He has worked with many musicians, professional athletes and other sports-related images. He collects references and inspiration for his art from all over, trying different mediums and forms of expression. Corey tends to paint in a more realistic style, creating pieces with a narrative and telling stories using symbolism. “I love the way art can take you anywhere and connect you with so many different people and experiences.”

Ben Keller

Ben started painting at a very young age. He was often dragged to painting lessons by his mom, but the initial resistance always gave way once he picked up a brush. Over the years, painting became his passion. As a teen, Ben was influenced by graffiti artist Barry McGee and began experimenting with spray paint and larger surfaces. After many jobs in many lines of work, Ben knew art needed to his full-time career. Ben loves the challenge of working at a large scale. He especially enjoys creating a mural that is bold, that takes a stand and cannot be ignored.
