Dr. Foxman joined Jefferson Radiology and the staff of Hartford Hospital in 2004 after completing his medical school training at Stanford University, his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Stanford and a fellowship in Neuroradiology at Harvard Medical School.Dr. Foxman served as chairman of the Department of Radiology at Windham Hospital before assuming the position of president of Jefferson Radiology. He serves on the board of directors at Windham as well as on other community boards.Dr. Foxman has a keen interest in advanced neuroimaging and has been recognized as an outstanding teacher in our residency program.
