Jessica Mullins, MD, is a board-certified gynecologic surgeon specializing in minimally invasive surgery to treat complex gynecologic conditions. She serves as associate chief of the Department of Women’s Health, director of gynecology at Hartford Hospital and co-chair of the Gynecology Quality Assurance Committee, where she helps guide efforts to ensure safe and high-quality care for patients.

She leads the development of advanced minimally invasive surgical services with clinical expertise in complex gynecologic conditions including endometriosis, fibroids and chronic pelvic pain.

Dr. Mullins graduated from New York Medical College and completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Connecticut.
