It is very apparent that Dr Van Backer truly enjoys his work. He is very thorough, very friendly and personable, and very genuine. Unfortunately there Is a possibility I may need more medical attention from him In the future but my mind is and will be much more at ease knowing I would be In his care. (one of those situations in which you hope never to need to be seen, but if you do, you trust your caregivers).

Dr. Justin Van Backer is an excellent surgeon. He is very professional and highly skilled. He has wonderful bedside manner. His office is extremely efficient as well. When they say they’re going to do something, it gets done. I really appreciate that! Hartford Healthcare is very blessed to have him part of their surgical team.
