Serenity is honestly the best provider (MD, APRN, PA) I have encountered as a patient at HHC this past year. Her ability to actively listen, explain diagnostic tests & treatment options to me in a way that made me feel like I understood them and how they applied to me as a person with my unique history and not just as a a general patient truly impressed me. She was funny, professional and perfectly struck a balance between mastering the art of health care and conveying the expertise required to deliver optimal patient care.
