Preventive Cardiology - The CASCADE FH Registry

CAscade SCreening for Awareness and DEtection of Familial Hypercholesterolemia is being conducted under the direction of Dr. Paul Thompson and Preventive Cardiology.

ELIGIBILITY: 

• 18 years of age or older
• Existing diagnosis of Familial Hypercholesterolemia (without a known medical condition)
