Structural - CORCINCH-HF
The Corcinch-HF study is a randomized trial to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the AccuCinch Ventricular Restoration System and compare it to standardized heart failure medication
Dr. Bryan Piccirillo together with Dr. Sabeena Arora will be participating in the Corcinch-HF study. This study is a randomized trial to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the AccuCinch Ventricular Restoration System and compare it to standardized heart failure medication. The AccuCinch Ventricular Restoration System is an investigational (experimental) device intended to treat patients who are experiencing symptoms of heart failure due to a dilated left ventricle (heart chamber that pumps blood). There are currently no approved interventional or device options for heart failure patients.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Ambulatory patients with our without recent heart failure hospitalization who are on stable medical therapy.
- Ejection fraction >20-<40%
