Sarah Jones, Well-Being Manager, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience in the field of behavioral health. She began her clinical career working for the Alabama drug court program before transitioning to working with adjudicated teens in Washington DC. She has been working in the healthcare setting for the past 8 years and joined Hartford Healthcare in 2017. Most recently, Sarah served as the social work manager for inpatient behavioral health for Hartford Healthcare’s Central Region. During her time in this role, Sarah developed and implemented a number of initiatives to improve the well-being of her colleagues such as creating standard work for post-assault debriefings, individual and group colleague support sessions, and the Central Region Well-Being Committee. As the well-being manager, Sarah is passionate about ensuring that each and every one of our colleagues’ voices are heard, and creating an environment of emotional safety and well-being in the workplace. Sarah believes in the power of vulnerability, laughter, and human connection in all aspects of her life. In her free time she enjoys dancing, music, movies, and spending time with her husband and six children.
