The Olin Neuropsychiatry Research Center at the Institute of Living at Hartford Hospital is conducting a study with healthy controls. Qualifying participants will be asked to come in for 1 day to participate in a brain imaging (MRI) and additional testing research project. The study is open to adults aged 18-60.

Researchers at the Memory Care Center want to learn more about factors that increase risk for developing Alzheimer's disease and related forms of dementia. We are looking for research volunteers who are 45-65 years old and who have had a parent diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or a related form of dementia.

Does your child have depression? If so, s/he may be eligible to participate in a new research study being conducted by Dr. Salma Malik testing the effects of Vilazodone for the treatment of Depression. Participants must be 7 to 17 years of age and generally healthy.

The Burlingame Research Center at The Institute of Living is conducting a study on patients ages 18-64 that are currently taking an anti-depressant and responding to this therapy. This study will last up to 12 months and financial compensation for time and travel may be provided.
