On Site: Art for Healing: Colorful Silence

In this workshop, participants will experience "meditative art" as a way to reduce stress and find inner peace. Individuals will explore art materials such as paint, markers, pastels, etc. while creating in silence. After guided meditation, the group will discover meaning in their artwork by writing words that describe what they see and reflect what they feel through the creative process. No artistic ability is required and all supplies are provided.
