About Cambridge: Cambridge Jones earned her Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from Brown University School of Public Health, focusing on Maternal & Child Health. Before her fellowship, she interned with the Hassenfeld Child Health Innovation Institute as a 2023 Hassenfeld Summer Scholar, working at Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, RI. Cambridge holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bennett College in Greensboro, NC. Her research interests include Maternal & Child Health, Maternal Mental Health, and Patient Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion.
Cambridge is from Prince George's County, MD, and is passionate about addressing social determinants of health and disparities contributing to high maternal mortality rates. Her goal is to become a Public Health Physician in a leadership role, providing quality and equitable care. She enjoys traveling, trying new recipes at home, and volunteering. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, a community service-based organization.

About David: David Guilloty is currently pursuing his Master of Healthcare Administration (M.H.A) at the George Washington University, driven by a strong passion for healthcare management and a commitment to gaining practical experience in the field. He is completing his administrative fellowship at the Fairfield Region of Hartford HealthCare, working closely with regional executives to both learn from and contribute to strategic initiatives. Previously, David interned within Hartford HealthCare's System Finance Department, further enhancing his understanding of healthcare administration and finance. David also holds a robust background in public policy, having worked with multiple organizations in Washington D.C. His experience in public policy have equipped him with a unique perspective on the intersection of healthcare and regulatory environments, further fueling his passion for driving change within the healthcare sector. Outside of work, David enjoys the outdoors, sports and traveling.

About Jillian: Jillian will graduate with a Master of Health Administration degree from George Washington University following the culmination of her Administrative Fellowship. She is completing her fellowship with the Ayer Neuroscience Institute leadership team at Hartford Hospital. Jillian’s interests include acute and ambulatory operations, finance, improving care access and coordination, and leading teams. She received her Bachelor’s in Health Policy & Management from Providence College. Jillian is a proud Connecticut native and returns to HHC where she was an undergraduate intern with the Hartford HealthCare Medical Group.

About Michael: Michael Bazzano graduated with his Master's in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College. About Michelle: Michelle received both her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and Master’s in Public Health from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. During her graduate career, Michelle specialized in health policy and administration. Her other interests include quality improvement, health technology, analytics, and informatics, as well as women’s health and FemTech. Michelle will be completing her administrative fellowship in the Patient Care Operations Division.

About Sarah: Sarah graduated from the University of Kentucky with my Master’s in Health Administration. She will be completing her fellowship in the Cancer Institute, giving her the opportunity to explore the entire system. Prior to Hartford HealthCare she worked in the Office of Performance Services at University of Kentucky HealthCare. While at UKHC she worked on many process improvement projects in the operating room, data analytics, and other quality improvement projects.

About Sarah: Sarah Murchison graduated with her Master’s in Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina. Sarah also received her Bachelor of Science in Medical Anthropology and Global Health from the University of Washington. Prior to her fellowship, Sarah interned with Coastal Fertility Specialists’ Embryology Lab, as well as with MUSC’s Ambulatory Manager of Nurse Integration, and Office of External Affairs. Her interests include health equity, quality and safety, operations, and women’s health. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, cooking, listening to live music, and spending as much time outside as possible.

About Sarah: Sarah St Preux graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management. She will also complete her administrative fellowship in the Revenue Cycle Department. Prior to joining Hartford Healthcare, Sarah honed her skills in data analysis, policy evaluation, and healthcare compliance as a Clinical Internal Audit and Drug Diversion Management Intern at Atlantic Health Systems. Her proficiency in insurance verification and patient advocacy was demonstrated during her tenure as a Pre-Authorization Coordinator at Weill Cornell Imaging at New York Presbyterian.
Sarah's dedication to social justice and public health is evident through her volunteer work in HIV/AIDS awareness, food shelters, and advocacy for older people's autonomy. Her leadership roles as a R.I.S.E (Resilience, Inclusion, Solidarity, and Empowerment) Peer Mentor and Shift Captain underscore her commitment to community engagement and mentorship. About Steven: Steven graduated from New York University with his Master’s in Public Health and Master’s of Public Administration, with concentrations in Global Health and Health Services Management. He will be completing his Administrative Fellowship in Hartford Healthcare’s Central Region alongside the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to Hartford Healthcare, Steven interned with UNICEF and AdvantageCare Physicians, and worked at a primary care office in Midtown Manhattan that also worked with substance abuse patients. His professional interests include health equity, continuous quality improvement, quality and safety, value-based healthcare, strategy, and operations. Steven is from North Caldwell, New Jersey and enjoys watching soccer, long-distance running, and listening to storytelling podcasts.
